The Color Alchemist Company of Painters restored the paint and woodwork of this historic brick townhouse.  Being accountable for the paint film, it was incumbent upon us to address all adjacent waterproofing and stability issues.  Note the deterioration of mortar joints around the basement window, cut out in preparation for a qualified preservation mason to apply a mortar matched in color and composition to the existing.  Whether woodwork, metalwork or masonry, we will bring in qualified artisans as necessary to see that the finished work is sound and waterproof.
